07/12/2010 Consumers remains optimistic on the economy
Brazilian consumer confidence has remained stable in June over May, according to industry trade group CNI. Last month, National Consumer Expectations Index (Inec) stood on 114.7 points, only 0.1% above May, although it has risen 4.1% year-on-year. June figure is also 5.6% above the historic average of the index, showing consumers are consistently optimistic on the positive moment of the economy.
