07/12/2010 Building materials sales up 6.5% in June
According to the National Building Materials Retailers Association (Anamaco), the segment’s sales rose 6.5% in June year-on-year, leading year-to-date sales to an 8% rise over the first six months in 2009. Month-on-month sales, however, dropped 5.5%, in the first fall of the last 15 months.
