Makro expands Speciale concept for 15 stores

Makro has structurally redesigned the Speciale Adega & Emporium Space in the chain’s points of sales with a new concept to meet the consumers’ needs. The place that is available for special products such as imported wines, sparkling wines, spirits, seasonings and cheese will now be integrated to the establishment, keeping the differentiated identity and specialized service.

The change aims to improve circulation and make the client’s purchase easier. Wines will continue to be the focus of the new space and will be accompanied by a fact sheet with information on the grape, region and harmonization tips. More choices of spirit and gourmet products, such as seasoning, olive oil and sauces will also be offered.

The expectation of the company is that by the end of the year 15 stores have the new positioning. Currently Makro has 76 stores around Brazil and 10 points of sale with the old Speciale design.
