GS&MD Living Well ProgramGS&MD – Gouvêa de Souza has as one of its priorities the health care of its employees. By combining health activities; awareness and prevention of diseases campaigns; actions to encourage changes in behavior and lifestyle; and a fitness work, the company aims to become a more balanced, willing and competitive organization, increasing the general welfare of its staff.

Professional Develoment Program
The updating of the staff is part of the premises and values of the companies of the group. In the company, several activities are developed, such as:
Noble Thursday – there is a monthly lecture with a personality of the business world, who brings new knowledge and exchanges experiences with our employees.
Project Sharing – a partner or director from GS&MD – Gouvêa de Souza monthly shares his/her expertise with the employees, at an informal chat with the team.
Performance Review -  the performance review cycle happens every six months and is applied at all levels of the company. The gold is to encourage more feedback and the culture of professional development.
Endo sustainability – environmental and social actions that engage employees in initiatives with NGO’s and create a sense of contribution to make the world better on a daily basis.
Organizational Climate Thermometer – communication channel that allows the employee to evaluate the environment of the company and of their area every two weeks, as well as to analyze their performance and integration with the colleagues in professional activities.
